Our clinical diagnostic approach through the advancements of tele-health. Start by submitting your diagnostic request and completing your animals intake health and history report form. A member of our medical staff will review your request and reach out by phone to complete your consultation. Results will then be reviewed with you by our medical team, and at that time treatment options may be discussed. We will also email your primary care veterinarian to ensure full documentation of your animals health history.

    GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
    Specimens should be collected prior to antibiotic, antifungal, or antiviral treatment directed against the organism of interest or collected at least two weeks (14 days) after withdrawal of these medications. Specimens received within 72 hours of collection are preferred, but most specimens are stable for up to 10 days if stored refrigerated between 36° to 46° F (2° to 8° C), unless otherwise indicated. Vaccination with an attenuated or modified live vaccine may result in positive test results for up to a three weeks (21 days) post-vaccination.
