Canada
Noble Manes Clinic & Laboratory currently offers a modified laboratory service to Canada. We can export any of our products for use within all of Canada; but the importing of specimen samples is highly regulated, and the FedEx label supplied by IDEXX does not cover international shipping charges. Therefore there are currently two options for our Canadian Clients to submit samples for testing.
1) Cross over the border and drop off your completed collection pack to a FedEx location within the United States (located near almost all border crossings). To find your nearest location call 800.463.3339 or you may use the find FedEx shipping Center website.
2) Mail your completed collection pack directly to Noble Manes Clinic & Laboratory (at your cost) for pickup by IDEXX. Please be advised you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs and export regulations. Noble Manes Clinic & Laboratory is not liable for any delays or holds placed on your shipment by any governmental agency.
