Can I submit a combined litter sample?

Noble Manes Clinic & Laboratory allows the submission of a combined litter sample for fecal testing. Other testing types would cross-contaminate the animals and are therefore not permitted.

A litter sample may only be submitted for a single litter born within your Cattery or Kennel. Combining multiple litters or submitting samples from animals not born within your Cattery or Kennel is prohibited.

Qualifying feline test codes: 2627, 3025, 3882, 4021, 24639, and combo codes 4021-3882, 4021-51991, 4021-52991.

Qualifying canine test codes: 2625, 3025, 3808, 4021, 24639, and combo codes 4021-3808, 4021-51991, 4021-52991.

Can I use a test on a different animal?

No. Breeders and Organizations have the option to request a test cancellation only. Pet parents should utilize the testing as ordered.

Do I get notified when the lab receives my samples?

No. To track the status of your delivery please use the FedEX tracking number from your included mailing label. A removable customer reference sticker with the tracking number can be found at the top of the mailing label sheet.

Do you work with international clients?

Noble Manes Clinic & Laboratory currently offers a modified laboratory service to Canada. Unfortunately due to current United States and international specimen import/export restrictions, we cannot offer our laboratory services to other International locations.

What samples are needed for a test?

Specimen requirements for each test vary based on laboratory parameters and are listed on the individual test order page. Rarely, if ever would you use all of the containers included in the collection pack. Our collection packs are designed to run various tests, and therefore you may not use every container included in any particular pack.

Additionally, please review the storage and stability reference details to ensure proper handling.

When will my request/order be processed?

Upon receipt of your request for diagnostic testing, a member of our medical staff will review your request and reach out by phone to complete your consultation. Orders of physical item for shipping needs to be placed by 2pm Monday through Friday PSD for guaranteed same day shipping (of in-stock products). Refrigerated items will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesday.

Before placing an order for emergency items needed overnight, please call to confirm availability and shipping options.
